Friendly staff who offered little presents and a wide range of pillow types. Conveniently located near public transportation and good restaurants.
Room was small and English language skills of staff were limited. No luggage storage available outside of front desk hours.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming and offered complimentary luxury toiletries. The hotel was eco-conscious with their amenities and room tidiness, which I appreciated. Additionally, they had a pillow selection that was helpful for my fragile neck. The location was decent for both work reasons and sightseeing, with easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was decent, and the staff offered little gifts throughout my stay.
Everything was spot on.

the location was very convenient for getting around to work meetings and exploring local attractions such as a nearby castle. We appreciated the excellent customer service from the staff, who went above and beyond to offer us little gifts during our stay. the amenities in the room were well thought out and included comfortable bedding, a choice of pillows and free toiletries.
The breakfast selection was somewhat limited and not very varied.

The breakfast included a variety of options to choose from and was a great way to start the day. The room was clean and eco-friendly, with little touches that showed they care about sustainability. The location was perfect, close to public transportation and within walking distance of many attractions.
The room was quite small, which made it difficult to move around, especially with luggage. At times, I could hear noise from the hallways or nearby rooms which was a bit distracting.
